This group is for individuals who have completed Part 1 and are interested in continuing work to challenge their critical inner voice. This group will help you continue the practices discussed in part 1 and provide accountability and support to continue efforts at challenge your inner critical voice.

Join us on Zoom for a calming meditation session open to all! Whether new or experienced, enjoy guided breathing, mindfulness, and reflection to reduce stress and recharge. No experience needed—everyone is welcome!
DBT Skills – telehealth
Join our DBT Skills Group to learn practical strategies for managing emotions, improving relationships, and navigating life’s challenges. This group focuses on core Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Open to anyone seeking tools to build a more balanced and fulfilling life, the group provides a supportive environment to practice and grow.

Our Addiction Recovery Group offers a supportive space for individuals on their journey to recovery. This group focuses on building resilience, developing healthy coping strategies, and fostering connection with others who understand the challenges of addiction. Through guided discussions and evidence-based techniques, participants gain tools to maintain sobriety, manage triggers, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life. Open to anyone seeking support in recovery, this group provides encouragement and accountability in a compassionate environment.

This group provides a supportive space for adolescents and teens to develop essential mental health skills. Participants will focus on emotion regulation, self-esteem, and effective communication while receiving peer support. Our Spirituality Group offers a supportive space for individuals to explore religious experiences. This group will help individuals process their religious experiences, identify how they have been impacted, and determine how they would like to move forward. Psychoeducation and evidence-based techniques will help participants gain the tools to create a balanced and fulfilling spiritual journey. Open to any spiritual or religious perspective.

Transform the way you connect with loved ones. This group is dedicated to exploring and sharing practical tools that enhance communication and deepen relationships. While these tools won’t make you enlightened, they reflect the way an enlightened person would engage—fostering understanding, connection, and meaningful interactions.
