    Chelsea is our Client Relations Specialist and is often the first point of contact for individuals reaching out to Self Care Counseling. She plays a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive first experience while helping clients navigate the early, administrative steps of starting care.

    Chelsea assists new clients with setting up their patient portals, completing required paperwork, and scheduling onboarding calls. These onboarding calls allow a member of the clinical team to answer clinical questions and determine the most appropriate next steps, including intake scheduling. Chelsea takes time to ensure clients understand the overall process, what to expect, and how to prepare, helping to reduce confusion and anxiety—especially for those new to therapy.

    She also works behind the scenes to keep the intake flow moving efficiently, helping expedite processes and remove barriers so clients can access services as smoothly as possible. Known for her warmth, patience, and attention to detail, Chelsea is always happy to answer questions about our practice, services, and administrative procedures, helping clients feel informed, respected, and supported from the very beginning.
