    Christina Key is driven by a deep passion for supporting individuals on their mental health journey, believing that mental health is as essential as physical health in shaping every aspect of life. She works extensively with young adults, individuals navigating anxiety and depression, and those experiencing significant life transitions. 

    Her approach is rooted in person-centered care, creating a safe, collaborative space tailored to each client’s unique needs. She enjoys incorporating mindfulness practices and exploring creative outlets with clients, using art and self-expression to promote personal growth and heighten creativity. With over two years of experience in inpatient psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati, Christina brings a wealth of knowledge and a calm, empathetic presence to her work.

    Christina values connection, collaboration, and professional growth, both among her colleagues and with her clients. She strives to help individuals navigate challenges with confidence, compassion, and resilience while encouraging self-care and holistic well-being. Outside of work, Christina enjoys traveling, drawing, going to the gym, and spending time with friends, family, and her beloved cat, Mac. She sees art as a powerful therapeutic tool and plans to continue integrating creativity into her practice to support emotional exploration and healing.
