    We all experience obstacles in our lives that can leave us feeling lost and overwhelmed. I believe that it is important to be able to connect with someone who can provide a safe space for you to feel understood and accepted. I believe that having that atmosphere in combination with the appropriate skills to examine your thoughts, feelings and behaviors can create a multitude of opportunities for growth. Together, we can work to gain clarity about where you are, and where you’d like to be.

    We will work collaboratively to identify your strengths and effectively apply them to reach your goals. Together, we will begin to assemble the groundwork for the best possible version of yourself. During counseling, my goal is to support you through your journey of reflection and exploration.

    My specialties include working with those who are experiencing stress, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I love working with teenagers, young adults and mothers. I know that making the decision to engage in counseling can be a difficult one, but it could be life changing.
