  • Nicholas Wright

Nicholas Wright is an affirming clinician who specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate challenges related to identity, relationships, and emotional well-being. With training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Food and Mood, and Trauma, Nicholas uses an integrative, trauma-informed approach to support clients in living more authentically and intentionally.

He works with adults across a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, men’s issues, sexuality, sex and intimacy concerns, and relationship struggles. Nicholas provides a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their identities, build confidence, and reconnect with what matters most to them. He believes that therapy should not only help manage symptoms but also reignite passion, promote self-compassion, and restore a sense of purpose.

His approach is collaborative, empathetic, and rooted in respect for each client’s unique story. Drawing on his background in music, fashion design, and creative expression, Nicholas often incorporates creative modalities to support emotional exploration and personal growth.

Nicholas has remained committed to advocacy and lifelong learning. He has contributed volunteer hours to Lighthouse Youth and Family Services, regularly attends professional conferences, and holds memberships in the American Counseling Association and its divisions SAIGE and ACC.

Outside of the therapy room, Nicholas enjoys singing, songwriting, designing clothes, traveling, running, and spending time in nature. His creativity and curiosity extend into his clinical work, where he is passionate about helping clients feel seen, empowered, and supported on their journey toward healing.
