    Confidently ME!telehealth

    This group is for individuals who have completed Part 1 and are interested in continuing work to challenge their critical inner voice. This group will help you continue the practices discussed in part 1 and provide accountability and support to continue efforts at challenge your inner critical voice.

    Girl Talk! – in person and telehealth

    This weekly group offers a supportive, judgment-free space for teen girls ages 13–18 to connect, share, and grow together. Through guided conversations, creative activities, and peer support, participants will explore the topics such as self-esteem, friendships, identity, etc. The group blends therapeutic support with opportunities for social connection, helping teens build confidence, resilience, and meaningful relationships. 

    Addictions Group – in person and telehealth

    Our Addiction Recovery Group offers a supportive space for individuals on their journey to recovery. This group focuses on building resilience, developing healthy coping strategies, and fostering connection with others who understand the challenges of addiction. Through guided discussions and evidence-based techniques, participants gain tools to maintain sobriety, manage triggers, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life. Open to anyone seeking support in recovery, this group provides encouragement and accountability in a compassionate environment.

    Caregiver Support Group!telehealth

    This group provides a safe, supportive space for caregivers to find common ground with others, discuss challenges, learn tools to cope with stress, and gain resources and insights. This group is open to anyone who cares for another person in any capacity from providing physical care to emotional support. There will be specific topics presented as well as time for open discussion and questions.
