    We offer a range of outpatient groups for Mental Health, Addiction, and range of topics in our Wellness Series.  Call for pricing and details of upcoming groups.

    Cost of Services

    We strive to provide access and services to any client. We are willing to work with any client to provide affordable care. Please reach out to Self Care Counseling if you desire to work with us but fees are a concern.

    Out of Network:

    We are happy to provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement

    Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it may be possible for services to be covered. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

    We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

    • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
    • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
    • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
    • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?


    We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. You may also use your HSA/FSA as payment.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule beforehand. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
