Mental wellbeing looks and feels different for everyone, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution to the issues that bring you to therapy. I believe that’s the exciting part—together we can find what works best for you. I strive to create a supportive, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment where you can process challenges and feel understood. My approach is deeply person-centered, drawing from ACT, DBT, and MI. My philosophy is to “work myself out of a job” by helping you build skills and confidence to support yourself long after therapy.
I work with teens (12+), adults, and couples. My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, bipolar disorder, grief, OCD, life transitions, men’s and women’s issues, LGBTQIA+ support, and relationship concerns. I strive to be flexible and collaborative, adapting therapy to fit your unique needs and goals.
My style is supportive and collaborative, creating a safe space where healing and growth can happen. I hold close the words of Carl Rogers: “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” My hope is that clients leave therapy with renewed self-worth, practical tools, and confidence for lasting change.
