    Savannah is a dedicated and compassionate therapist who helps adults navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. She specializes in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and past traumas, providing a supportive space for growth and healing.

    As a counselor, Savannah strives to cultivate supportive and authentic relationships with her clients. She is passionate about creating a safe space where clients can face their deepest fears, process emotions, and even share a few laughs along the way. She believes that everyone comes into counseling with their own unique set of circumstances, and their treatment should reflect that. Her role in session is to serve as a mirror, helping clients gain insight into themselves, develop new skills, and build resilience.

    Savannah works from a client-centered and strengths-based approach, empowering clients to lead the way through their therapeutic journey. Using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness, she tailors each session to the client’s individual needs. Together, she and her clients identify which areas of life to focus on and how to achieve a greater level of functioning.
